Roenick Puts His Shark Teeth Back In

TSN.ca has reported that Jeremy Roenick has signed on for yet another year with the Sharks. There were no details released, but is speculated that the deal is for one more year, worth roughly a $1 million.

Roenick added a good veteran presence with varied ice-time through the season. He finished with 33 points in 69 games for the Sharks. His 69 games were more attributed to scratches for rest than injuries and it would be likely that he'll see the same amount of ice before a playoff run, which the Sharks should qualify for automatically.

Roenick's veteran presence for $1 million should end up being a good deal for the team, which now has a cap hit of roughly $42.8 million for the 15 players above.
