Thursday Afternoon Notes

The Penguins will get Sidney Crosby back into the line-up tonight, as the Penguins take on the Panthers in Miami. Crosby has missed the last four games with a groin problem. Crosby will join the line-up with at least one new linemate tonight, which has to be exciting for him. Coming out of the line-up tonight will be Sergei Gonchar, as he is going to be with his wife as she is expecting their second kid.

The Sharks will not have Evgeni Nabokov in net tonight at home to Minnesota, as he has reported tweaked something, but the reports don't suggest what he has tweaked. Nabokov's status has not been given for Saturday's game in Vancouver. In his place, Brian Boucher will get the start for the Sharks tonight.
