Flyers to Welcome Back Pronger

Well, since I'm trying to get on a kick of major returns, there is another return scheduled to go tonight, as Chris Pronger is coming back from a major lower-body injury about a week earlier than his scheduled six week diagnosis.

The Flyers have continued to roll along without the big presence of Pronger in their line-up, so his return should only make them that much better.  Pronger has been out since the middle of December and may need a game or two to get his timing down, but he is still going to be a valuable addition tonight against the Senators.

ImplicationsPronger belongs to Ryan M. in the draft this year and when the hulking defenseman left the line-up, Ryan was in 6th place, only 13 points out of the money.  Pronger's absence, along with four other major players, has now dropped Ryan down to 15th place, now 51 points out of the money.  It has been a terribly unlucky stretch for Ryan, a tailspin that likely won't be fully recovered from this year.
