More Player Notes in the Draft (Nov 14)

The Columbus Blue Jackets have suffered terribly in the absence of goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, only having won one game in their last 10, but they won't necessarily see him in action on Friday night, since he's scheduled to be the back-up behind Curtis McElhinney against the Philadelphia Flyers.  The Jackets do have one more game this weekend, so it would be more than likely that Bobrovsky would see some action before the end of Week Six.

The Jackets will also welcome Jack Johnson back from suspension on Friday night, so this spell of poor play may have seen its end with some bodies coming back.

At the end of Week Two, Wilton was in 12th spot, just on the North side of the midway point of the standings, but since the injury and suspension (yes, Wilton has both Bobrovsky and Johnson), his team has fallen down to 17th.  He will need one hell of a recovery and a quick one, to get himself back in the money conversation.

The word on Kings defenseman Alec Martinez is not good... surgery on one of his fingers. There is no significant word on Martinez's timetable for a return to the line-up, but it would likely have to be in the weeks, more than it is days.  Today, we'll call it out indefinitely after finger surgery and we'll wait to see what the final word is.

The Kings only have one more game this week, which has now been stricken from Martinez's total and taken from Brenda & Seward's projected numbers for the week.  This could turn out to be another tough loss, as their third long-term injury.  The duo only has 16 projected games left in the week, which is at the bottom of the pool, compared to the top, three teams have 25 games.

An updated list of injuries can be found here.
